1. A person appointed as public guardian or designated as acting public guardian succeeds immediately to all powers and duties of the individual guardianships created by appointments of the public guardian as guardian for particular protected persons. 2. In the administration of any guardianship to which the public guardian is appointed pursuant to subsection 1, the public guardian has all powers, duties, rights and responsibilities contained in titles 12 and 13 of NRS.
