1. A person shall not: (a) Make a false representation to obtain any information pursuant to NRS 250.100 to 250.180 , inclusive; or (b) Knowingly obtain or disclose information pursuant to NRS 250.100 to 250.180 , inclusive, for any use not authorized pursuant to NRS 250.087 or 250.100 to 250.180 , inclusive. 2. A person who violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
