If a person or entity listed in NRS 250.140 or person who obtains a court order pursuant to NRS 250.145 requests confidentiality, the confidential information of that person or entity may only be disclosed as provided in NRS 239.0115 , 250.087 , 250.160 or 250.180 or as otherwise specifically authorized by law.
