If a person or entity listed in NRS 247.540 or a person who obtains a court order pursuant to NRS 247.545 requests confidentiality, the confidential information of that person or entity may only be disclosed as provided in NRS 239.0115 or 247.560 or as otherwise specifically authorized by law.
