Nevada Code § 247.100

Documents to be recorded in order received; maintenance and public inspection of records of transactions conducted in recorders office and fees collected

Each county
recorder shall:
1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 247.145 , record each document in the
order in which it is received;
2. Maintain a record of all transactions
conducted within the office and a record of all fees collected; and
3. Make the records maintained pursuant to
subsection 2 available for public inspection during regular business hours.
