Nevada Code § 246.150

Certificates to be filed in order received; maintenance and public inspection of records of transactions conducted in clerks office and fees collected

Each county clerk
shall:
1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 246.120 , file each certificate of
marriage in the order in which it is received;
2. Maintain a record of all transactions
conducted within the office and a record of all fees collected; and
3. Make the records maintained pursuant to
subsection 2 available for public inspection during regular business hours.
