Nevada Code § 245.120

County officers may sell indebtedness for personal services rendered

All county officers
referred to in any of the sections of this chapter shall have the right to sell
or transfer any evidences of public indebtedness which may be issued according
to law, for services rendered by them to the county, legally and justly due,
and the provisions of this chapter shall not be deemed to prevent the purchase,
sale or transfer of any funded public indebtedness whatever of the State, or
any county, city or town corporation.
