Employment of person admitted for permanent residency: Provision of documentation required by federal law

The
board of county commissioners, a county officer and any other person acting on
behalf of a county shall not hire or appoint as an employee any person who has
been lawfully admitted for permanent residency in the United States, unless the
person hired or appointed has provided the county with the documentation
required by 8 U.S.C. 1324a(b).
