Habitability standard includes, without limitation: 1. Any provision of an applicable housing or health code concerning the health, safety, sanitation or fitness for habitation of a dwelling unit; or 2. The requirements of chapter 118A of NRS relating to the habitability of a dwelling unit, including, without limitation, the provisions of subsection 1 of NRS 118A.290 .
