Nevada Code § 244.3545

Conditions which may be imposed

The
conditions which may be imposed by the board, as provided in NRS 244.3544 , for the protection of the
health, safety and property of local residents and persons attending such assemblies
may include the following:
1. A minimum number of law enforcement
officers employed at the licensees expense.
2. Adequate drinking water.
3. An adequate sewage system.
4. Adequate food supplies.
5. Adequate toilet facilities.
6. Adequate medical facilities, including
doctors and supplies.
7. A minimum amount of parking space for
vehicles.
8. Adequate camping facilities.
9. Indemnity or performance bonds.
10. Adequate fire protection at the
licensees expense.
11. Financial statements.
12. A communication system.
13. Other conditions determined by the
board to be necessary to protect the health, welfare and property of local
residents and persons attending the assembly.
