As used in NRS 244.308 to 244.3091 , inclusive, unless the context requires otherwise: 1. Board means the board of county commissioners and includes the Board of Supervisors of Carson City. 2. Commission means the county park commission. 3. Commissioner means a member of the commission. 4. Facilities means any recreational, cultural or park property authorized by NRS 244.308 to 244.3091 , inclusive.
