Nevada Code § 244.307

Expenditure of county money for construction, improvement or repair of facilities owned by city or school district

1. The board of county commissioners may,
by resolution, authorize the expenditure of county money for the construction,
reconstruction, improvement or repair of any recreational or cultural facility
the title to which is held by:
(a) An incorporated city located within the county;
or
(b) A school district located within the county,
if the board of county commissioners has entered into an interlocal agreement
with the school district which provides for the construction, reconstruction,
improvement or repair of the facility.
2. Each such resolution must:
(a) Describe the facility for which the money is
to be expended.
(b) Specify the maximum amount of money to be
expended and the terms upon which it is to be expended.
(c) Contain a finding by the board of county
commissioners that a substantial benefit will be derived by the inhabitants of
the county as a whole by the expenditure of such money.
3. As used in this section, cultural
facility includes a library.
