The board of county commissioners may establish, in any county where funds are expended under the provisions of NRS 62G.400 to 62G.470 , inclusive, special supervision programs for the rehabilitation of delinquent children in accordance with the provisions of NRS 62G.400 to 62G.470 , inclusive.
