Information Technology Advisory Board: Meetings; compensation

1. The Board shall meet at least once
every 3 months and may meet at such further times as deemed necessary by the
Chair.
2. Members of the Board who are officers
or employees of the Executive Department of State Government serve without
additional compensation. Members who are not officers or employees of the
Executive Department of State Government are entitled to a salary of $80 for
each day or part of a day spent on the business of the Board. All members of
the Board are entitled to receive the per diem allowance and travel expenses
provided for state officers and employees generally.
