A
commissioned abstracter shall have authority:
1. To make search and examination of all
public records and compile abstracts of title to real property or other
property therefrom.
2. To make abstracts or copies of any and
all instruments of record in any public office within this state, and certify
the same in the official name and title of the commissioned abstracter, and
under his or her official seal.
