1. Each commissioned abstracter shall provide an official seal with which the commissioned abstracter shall authenticate all his or her official acts. There shall be engraved on the official seal: (a) The name of the county for which the commissioned abstracter has been commissioned. (b) The name of the State. (c) The name of the commissioned abstracter. (d) The words Commissioned Abstracter. 2. An impression of the official seal shall be made on the official bond of each commissioned abstracter before recording the bond.
