Notarial record defined

Notarial
record means:
1. The journal that a notary public is
required to keep pursuant to NRS 240.120 ;
2. The journal that an electronic notary
public is required to keep pursuant to NRS
240.201 ; and
3. A document or other evidence retained
by a notary public or an electronic notary public to record the performance of
a notarial act or an electronic notarial act.
