1. The Governor shall annually proclaim the third week in March to be Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Week. 2. The proclamation must call upon news media, educators, health care providers and appropriate governmental officers to bring to the attention of the residents of this State factual information and educational programs and materials regarding the signs, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of multiple sclerosis.
