Nevada Code § 234.180

Recording of evidence of ownership after approval by Congress; retroactive effect

From and after
the date of approval by the Congress of the United States of the Compact set
forth in NRS 234.140 , the county
recorder of Clark County, Nevada, shall accept and record, without charge
therefor, patents, deeds or other evidence of ownership or interest in any
lands recorded in Mohave County, Arizona, which were previously considered a part
of the State of Arizona but are now included within the boundary of the State
of Nevada as described in NRS 234.140 .
Recordings made under the provisions of this section shall have retroactive
effect to the date of their original recording in the State of Arizona.
