Assistant administrators: Appointment; assignment of duties; classification; restrictions on other employment

1. The Administrator may appoint such
assistant administrators of the Division as necessary for the administration of
the Division and assign the duties of the assistant administrators.
2. An assistant administrator is in the
unclassified service of the State.
3. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 284.143 , an assistant administrator
shall devote his or her entire time and attention to the business of his or her
office and shall not engage in any other gainful employment or occupation.
