Advisory Council: Meetings; officers; bylaws; quorum

1. The Council shall meet at least once
annually at a time and place specified by a call of the Chair, the
Administrator or a majority of the Council. Special meetings, not to exceed six
per year, may be held at the call of the Chair, the Administrator or a majority
of the Council.
2. The Council shall select from its
members a Chair and a Vice Chair who shall hold office for 1 year. The
Administrator shall act as Secretary of the Council.
3. The Council may prescribe such bylaws
as it deems necessary for its operation.
4. Four members of the Council constitute
a quorum, and a quorum may exercise all the power and authority conferred on
the Council.
