As used in NRS 232.550 to 232.700 , inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. Administrator means the Administrator of the Division. 2. Director means the Director of the Department of Business and Industry. 3. Division means the Division of Industrial Relations of the Department of Business and Industry. 4. Insurer includes: (a) A self-insured employer; (b) An association of self-insured public employers; (c) An association of self-insured private employers; and (d) A private carrier.
