Reports to Governor and Director of Legislative Counsel Bureau; contents of reports

1. On or before October 1 of each year,
the Division shall submit a written report to:
(a) The Governor; and
(b) The Director of the Legislative Counsel
Bureau for transmittal to:
(1) The Interim Finance Committee in an
odd-numbered year; or
(2) The next regular session of the
Legislature in an even-numbered year.
2. The report must include, without
limitation:
(a) Information on the Graduate Medical Education
Grant Program established pursuant to NRS
232.49961 ; and
(b) Any recommendations regarding graduate
medical education in this State, including, without limitation:
(1) The creation, expansion and retention
of programs in this State for residency training and postdoctoral fellowships;
and
(2) Methods by which this State may
recruit and retain physicians necessary to meet the health care needs of the
residents of this State.
