1. The Office of Data Analytics is hereby created within the Authority. 2. The Office shall: (a) Oversee the all-payer claims database established pursuant to NRS 439B.835 ; and (b) Perform such other duties as delegated by the Director relating to population health and data analysis. 3. The Director shall appoint the Chief Biostatistician as the administrative head of the Office. The Chief Biostatistician: (a) Is in the unclassified service of the State; and (b) Serves at the pleasure of the Director and is subject to the supervision of the Director.
