Nevada Code § 232.481

Grants of money; regulations

1. The Manager may, within the limits of
legislative appropriations and other available money, award a grant of money to
a person for use consistent with the provisions of NRS 232.467 to 232.484 , inclusive.
2. Before the Manager may award a grant
pursuant to subsection 1, the Manager shall adopt by regulation:
(a) Procedures by which a person may apply for a
grant from the Manager;
(b) Criteria that the Manager will consider in
determining whether to award a grant; and
(c) Procedures by which the Manager will
distribute any money that the Office receives pursuant to subsection 1 of NRS 232.476 .
