1. The Division of State Parks shall be administered by the Administrator of the Nevada State Park System, who shall be appointed by and be responsible to the Director. 2. The Administrator and the employees of the Division of State Parks shall administer the provisions of chapter 407 of NRS and any other laws relating to state parks.
