Fund for Tourism and Cultural Affairs: Creation; administration; use of money; nonreversion; payment of claims; interest and income

1. The Fund for Tourism and Cultural
Affairs is hereby created in the State Treasury, to be administered by the
Director.
2. Money in the Fund must be used to
support the operations of the Department in administering the provisions of NRS 231.8111 to 231.8179 , inclusive. The money in the Fund
must remain in the Fund and does not revert to the State General Fund at the
end of any fiscal year.
3. Claims against the Fund must be paid as
other claims against the State are paid.
4. Interest and income earned on money in
the Fund must be credited to the Fund.
