The Department of Tourism and Cultural Affairs is hereby created, consisting of: 1. The Division of Tourism; 2. The Division of Museums and History, created by NRS 381.004 ; 3. The Board of Museums and History, created by NRS 381.002 ; 4. The Nevada Arts Council, created by NRS 233C.025 ; 5. The Board of the Nevada Arts Council, created by NRS 233C.030 ; and 6. The Commission on Tourism.
