Nevada Code § 231.720

Award of grants

1. The Commission may make a grant of
money from the Fund if the Commission finds that the grant will:
(a) Enable an air carrier to commence or continue
air service to an airport described in subsection 1 of NRS 231.710 ; and
(b) Provide economic benefit to this State.
2. The Commission may make a grant of
money from the Fund only to:
(a) Guarantee that an air carrier will receive an
agreed amount of revenue per flight that the air carrier operates into or out
of the airport designated in the application pursuant to paragraph (a) of
subsection 2 of NRS 231.710 ; or
(b) Guarantee a profit goal for the air carrier
that is established by agreement between the air carrier and the Commission.
