Homelessness Support Services Matching Account: Creation; administration; use of money; interest and income; nonreversion; gifts, grants, donations or appropriations

1. The Homelessness Support Services
Matching Account is hereby created in the State General Fund. The Account must
be administered by the Executive Director of the Office of Economic Development
and money in the Account may be expended only for the purpose of providing
matching funds pursuant to NRS 231.3711 to 231.3737 , inclusive.
2. The interest and income earned on the
money in the Account, after deducting any applicable charges, must be credited
to the Account.
3. Any money in the Account and any
unexpended appropriations made to the Account from the State General Fund
remaining at the end of a fiscal year do not revert to the State General Fund,
and the balance in the Account must be carried forward to the next fiscal year.
4. The Executive Director may apply for
and accept any gift, grant, donation or appropriation for deposit in the
Account.
