Nevada Code § 231.1513

Office of Economic Development: Biennial report to Legislature concerning programs of workforce development

The
Office shall, on or before January 15 of each odd-numbered year, prepare and
submit to the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau for transmission to
the Legislature a report concerning programs of workforce development which
receive money from the Workforce Innovations for a New Nevada Account created
by NRS 231.151 . The report must include:
1. A summary of the expenditures from the
Account;
2. A summary of the outcomes of the
programs of workforce development which receive money from the Account,
including, without limitation, the number of persons trained by each program,
the number of persons employed by businesses that participate in each program
and the average wages of the employees who are hired through each program;
3. An evaluation of the workforce
diversity action plan of each authorized provider and each business that
participates in a program of workforce development; and
4. Any other information the Executive
Director of the Office determines is appropriate.
