Nevada Code § 231.1473

Request for confidentiality of proprietary information, intellectual property or trade secret in training materials

A business that participates in a program of
workforce development may request that any proprietary information, intellectual
property or trade secret which is contained in any training materials provided
through the program be deemed confidential. Upon approval by the Executive
Director of such a request, the proprietary information, intellectual property
or trade secret identified by the business shall be deemed confidential, may be
redacted from the training materials and may not be disclosed.
