1. The Office may charge such fees for: (a) Materials prepared for distribution by the Office; (b) Advertising in materials prepared by the Office; and (c) Services performed by the Office on behalf of others, such as the procurement of permits, as it deems necessary to support the activities of the Office. 2. All such fees must be deposited with the State Treasurer for credit to the Office and may be expended in addition to other money appropriated for the support of the Office.
