Nevada Code § 231.009

Regional development authority defined

Regional development authority means an
organization for economic development which is:
1. A local governmental entity, composed
solely of two or more local governmental entities or a private nonprofit
entity; and
2. Designated by the Executive Director as
a regional development authority pursuant to subsection 4 of NRS 231.053 .
