Directing Attorney General to prosecute suits for recovery of money due State; directing and superintending collection of money due State; exception

Except as otherwise
provided in chapter 353C of NRS, the State
Controller shall:
1. Direct the Attorney General to
institute and prosecute, in the name of the State, all proper suits for the
recovery of any debts, money or property of the State, or for the ascertainment
of any right or liability concerning the same.
2. Direct and superintend the collection
of all money due the State.
