The State Treasurer: 1. May employ such staff as the State Treasurer deems necessary to administer the Program. 2. Shall post information about the Program, including, without limitation, the requirements to be eligible to receive repayment of student education loans from the Program and the procedure to apply for such repayment, on an Internet website maintained by the State Treasurer.
