The State
Treasurer shall:
1. Provide information to either house of
the Legislature, whenever required, upon any subject connected with the
Treasury or any duty of his or her office.
2. Prepare and submit an annual report of
the operations of his or her office to the Governor and the Legislative
Commission within 60 working days after:
(a) The close of a fiscal year; or
(b) The latest date established by the
Legislature to close accounts for a fiscal year,
whichever
occurs later for that fiscal year.
