The Director of the Office of Finance is responsible for the administration, through the divisions of the Office, of the provisions of NRS 235.005 to 235.016 , inclusive, 353.150 to 353.246 , inclusive, and 353A.031 to 353A.100 , inclusive, and all other provisions of law relating to the functions of the divisions of the Office.
