Reimbursement of expenses

1. A Commissioner who continues to serve
or resumes service as a Commissioner pursuant to the provisions of NRS 219.025 and who attends an annual
meeting of the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws is
entitled to receive reimbursement from the Legislative Fund for expenses
incurred to attend the annual meeting if the Commissioner, at least 10 days
before the annual meeting, provides to the Director written notice stating that
the Commissioner will actively participate and carry out the duties set forth
in NRS 219.030 and 219.040 .
2. Each Commissioner appointed by the
Legislative Commission pursuant to paragraph (b) of subsection 2 of NRS 219.020 is entitled to receive
reimbursement from the William S. Boyd School of Law for any expenses incurred
in carrying out the Commissioners duties as a Commissioner, including travel
and per diem expenses.
