1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, a waiver of parole eligibility is effective during the time that the prisoner participates in the alternative correctional program and may not be revoked by the prisoner during such participation. 2. If a prisoner violates a term or condition of participation in the alternative correctional program and is removed from placement in the alternative correctional program: (a) Any waiver of parole eligibility that was executed by the prisoner pursuant to NRS 213.730 is rescinded; and (b) The eligibility of the prisoner for parole must be determined pursuant to NRS 213.107 to 213.157 , inclusive, in the same manner as if the prisoner had never executed the waiver.
