Nevada Code § 213.630

Effect of violation of term or condition of judicial program or parole; powers of reentry court; duties of Board

1. If the reentry court determines that a
parolee has violated a term or condition of his or her participation in the
judicial program or a term or condition of his or her parole, the court may:
(a) Establish and impose any appropriate sanction
for the violation; and
(b) If necessary, report the violation to the
Board.
2. If a violation of a term or condition
of parole is reported to the Board pursuant to this section, the Board shall
proceed in the manner provided in this chapter for any other violation of a
term or condition of parole.
