Duties of Chief Parole and Probation Officer

The Chief Parole and Probation Officer shall:
1. Furnish to an offender a written
statement of the terms and conditions of his or her residential confinement;
2. Instruct the offender regarding those
terms and conditions; and
3. Advise the Director of the Department
of Corrections of any violation of those terms and conditions and of the escape
of the offender.
