As used in NRS 213.371 to 213.410 , inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. Division means the Division of Parole and Probation of the Department of Public Safety. 2. Offender means a prisoner assigned to the custody of the Division pursuant to NRS 209.392 , 209.3923 , 209.3925 or 209.429 . 3. Residential confinement means the confinement of an offender to his or her place of residence under the terms and conditions established by the Division.
