Nevada Code § 213.320

Administration of program; duties of Director

1. If a program is established by the
Department pursuant to NRS 213.300 , the
Director shall administer the program and shall:
(a) Refer offenders to employers who offer
employment or to employment agencies that locate employment for qualified
applicants;
(b) Effect placement of offenders under the
program; and
(c) Generally promote public understanding and
acceptance of the program.
2. All state agencies shall cooperate with
the Director in carrying out this section to such extent as is consistent with
their other lawful duties.
3. The Director shall adopt rules for
administering the program.
