Residential confinement of violator of parole: Terms and conditions; notification of parolee

1. In ordering a parolee to a term of
residential confinement, the Board may establish the terms and conditions of
that confinement.
2. The Board may, at any time, modify the
terms and conditions of the residential confinement.
3. The Board shall cause a copy of its
order to be delivered to the parolee.
