Residential confinement of alleged violator of parole: Terms and conditions; notification of parolee

1. In ordering a parolee to be placed in
residential confinement, the Chief Parole and Probation Officer may establish
the terms and conditions of that confinement.
2. The Chief Parole and Probation Officer
may, at any time, modify the terms and conditions of the residential
confinement.
3. The Chief Parole and Probation Officer
shall cause a copy of his or her order to be delivered to the parolee.
