Inquiry to determine probable cause to believe violation occurred: Findings and determinations of inquiring officer; continued detention of parolee

1. Upon completion of the inquiry, the
inquiring officer shall:
(a) Make a written summary of what occurred at
the inquiry, noting the substance of the evidence given in support of parole
revocation and the parolees position and responses.
(b) Determine whether there is probable cause to
hold the parolee for a Board hearing on parole revocation.
2. If the inquiring officer determines
that there is probable cause, his or her determination is sufficient to warrant
the parolees continued detention and return to prison pending the Boards
hearing.
