Person with communications disability entitled to services of interpreter at hearing of case

A
prisoner, parolee or a witness at the hearing of a case who is a person with a
communications disability as defined in NRS
50.050 is entitled to the services of an interpreter at public expense in
accordance with the provisions of NRS 50.050 to 50.053 , inclusive. The interpreter
must be appointed by the Chair of the Board or other person who presides at the
hearing.
