1. There is hereby created the Division of Parole and Probation of the Department of Public Safety. 2. The Division consists of the Chief and such sections as the Chief may create with the approval of the Director of the Department of Public Safety. 3. The Chief of the Division is the Chief Parole and Probation Officer.
