Nevada Code § 213.055

Person with communications disability entitled to services of interpreter at hearing

An
applicant or a witness at a hearing upon an application for clemency who is a
person with a communications disability as defined in NRS 50.050 is entitled to the services of
an interpreter at public expense in accordance with the provisions of NRS 50.050 to 50.053 , inclusive. The interpreter must be appointed
by the Governor or a member of the Board designated by the Governor.
